About the team
The Remote Deposit Capture Solutions Support team provides FIS client banks the ability to sell Remote Deposit Capture solutions to their customers, so that check deposits may be scanned at the Customer place of business and delivered to FIS for processing. We are a global team with team members in the USA, India, and Manila.
What you will be doing:
Provides in-depth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries.
Troubleshoots problems with malfunctioning scanner equipment or software applications and recommends corrective action.
Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.
Resolves customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters
Other related duties assigned as needed.
What you bring
Bachelor's Degree in business or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
3-5 years of experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Active listening skills
Self-starter with proven ability to work independently
