Job Description

Monthly review of calendars (obligations, rentals, expiration's, elections, etc.) with Landmen. Prepare Federal, State and fee assignments, agreements, etc. Prepare various monthly Land Reports. Follow-up on inquiries from Land Administration and landowners. Having settled surface damages with land owners a plus. Assist in preparation of various State and Federal regulatory applications. Federal, State, fee title and lease research and curative as directed by Landmen. Assist in preparation of various land and legal documents. Track elections for EOG operated and non-operated proposals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Requirements include a strong working knowledge of: Federal leases and units, oil and gas contracts, assignments. The successful candidate must have 5+ years of oil & gas land experience. Must be a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to handle a heavy workload and meet critical deadlines. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have the ability to learn new software. Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Have a strong working knowledge of Land GIS mapping systems. High school diploma required, a college degree is preferred. Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
